MY CHOICE ADULT EDUCATION

This program is geared toward the incarcerated in our communities. Our trained and vetted presenters provide 1 hour weekly, interactive, thought provoking instruction in a classroom setting. Over the course of 6 weeks, we address healthy relationships and sexual risk avoidance from a holistic view point in a clear, factual format. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion when all six weeks are attended.

MY CHOICE ADVANCED HEALTH EDUCATION

This program is a scientific and medical presentation regarding sexual choices and consequences. We provide 2 consecutive 40 minute sessions of interactive and thought provoking instruction in public and private classrooms. Session 1 is a vivid power point presented by a medical professional reviewing the consequences of STDs/STIs. In Session 2, we address the function of the brain in relation to healthy relationships and sexual risk avoidance from a holistic view point in a clear, factual format.

MY CHOICE RELATIONSHIP EDUCATION

This program is intended to spur on conversation and equip students with the tools that they need to engage in healthy relationships. Topics covered include self-worth, healthy dating, conflict resolution, and more. This is a conversation driven curriculum that is designed to teach students how to have healthy communication while discussing real life issues.

MY CHOICE HOLISTIC HEALTH EDUCATION

This program is specifically designed to reach teenagers. Our trained and vetted presenters provide 4 or 5 consecutive 40 minute sessions of interactive and thought provoking instruction in public and private classrooms. Over the course of the week, we address healthy relationships and sexual risk avoidance from a holistic view point in a clear, factual format.
 

MY CHOICE CHILD DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION

We provide 3 consecutive 40 minute sessions of interactive, fact-based material covering relationships, teen pregnancy and parenting, and the effects of STD/STIs on fetal development as well as sexual risk avoidance from a holistic point of view. This presentation includes fetal models, as well as a pregnancy empathy belly for inspection and discussion.

MY CHOICE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (4TH & 5TH)

Grade 4 – Character Development – Begins the discussion of relationships, personal worth and value, communication, and integrity in the current cultural setting

Grade 5 – Growth & Development – Describes physical, emotional and social changes that occur during puberty. We also equip students with tools and education designed to help them better understand their changing emotions, attitudes, and relationships while getting them to consider future decisions.
